I was born in Uganda and built a life in America. Somewhere between those two places is a lot of my comedy.
Being African. Being American. Being an immigrant. Being a mother. Trying to explain one culture to another while occasionally wondering what in the world both of them are doing.
I spent years learning how to fit into different rooms.
Comedy taught me that I don't always have to.
